The client came to us because their previous supplier lacked the production capacity. They provided us with detailed drawings of the gift box, and we quickly took action:

During the sample production process, we identified some issues: the thickness was slightly too much, the color had a purple tint, and there were burrs. We addressed each issue:

• ✓ Reduced the mold thickness.
• ✓ Adjusted the raw material color to a coffee tone.
• ✓ Removed burrs to ensure a smooth surface.

The entire process took just over 6 weeks. We have now started mass production, with a daily output of 4,000 gift boxes.
