What is your MOQ?
Usually 1000pcs. However, we can accept lower quantities for your trial order. Please let us know your requirements, and we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Can we use our own logo or design?
Yes, OEM/ODM services are fully accepted. You can provide your design or logo for stickers and packaging.
Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we operate our own factories. Our group includes 7 factories and is among the top 5 largest ceramic producers in China, with a daily output reaching up to 1.5 million pieces.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit in advance, with the balance paid before shipment. We accept T/T and Paypal.
How long is the production lead time?
Samples typically take 5-10 days. For customized OEM orders, it usually takes 10-35 days after the deposit is received and all packing materials are confirmed.
How do you ship the goods?
We can send goods via DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, or any other method based on your specific request.
