2. How soon can I get a quotation?
For most of the products that we currently have, a photo quotation can be provided within 24 hours normally on working days. For customized products, once we have the full detailed information of the product, including dimensions, S.S. grade, finish, packing requests, and quantity, we can provide a quotation within 3 working days.
3. How do you control the quality?
We always perform incoming inspection for the raw materials, and a pre-production sample is confirmed before mass production. During mass production, there are inspections in every manufacturing process. A final inspection is always conducted before shipment.
4. Could we engrave our own logo/private labels on products?
Yes, we accept OEM orders. Customized logos can be lasered, carved, or stamped directly onto the products.
5. How about lead time?
That is based on your order quantity. In general, it takes about 45 days once the deposit is settled.
6. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items. Normally, we provide free samples for most of our products with express fees collected. Certain items are excluded from our sample program and may require a charge. Samples based on customized requirements may incur mold costs. Sample making usually takes a week or so.
